I used to "borrow" them when I was a teenager, would get such a thrill to see them out on the washing line, especially the lacey thongs. It was much better when I knew they belonged to the pretty young woman i'd seen innocently hang them out to dry a few hours earlier. Nearly got caught once too! Bought ones are just not the same, dirty ones are the best.... I used to wear panties occasionally, a real constant turn on, could never concentrate in work if I had them on.
