Well all "neo"-vaginas (which sounds really weird cos you can either relate it to the matrix, or to neon signs...) that I've seen in a google image search have looked pretty damned gross, and it may be shallow of me to say but if I wanted to date someone with a vagina I would just date a cisgendered woman, not a m2f post-op.
