As to the OP, I'd agree that Thays's breasts are
among the best in the TG world, but I feel many, many more ladies can step up to the natural breast plate; Mandy Mitchell and Hazel Tucker for example. Personally, I much prefer natural over silicone/saline. I've been a photographer of nudes and GG models for years and I have seen some god-awful boob jobs. However, the surgical techniques and surgeons are getting better, but still, nothing beats a natural, warm, soft, breast, no matter the cup size. Nothing.
