It's all about how good a girl feels about herself, and I think it's how she carries it ( them ) off ! So inserts or hormone-grown, either way a girl will feel good. Sure, scar-tissue does detract from a visual turn-on, but skillful surgery and / or cosmetic cover can improve a girl's image, and consequently how she feels about herself.
