There are numerous threads and posts devoted to these questions. I suggest you do some searching.

I must say that I find it a bit a bit offensive that you wrote: "Right now, it might be all party and fuck fests, but do you think that will last forever."

I am reasonably sure that it is not your intent, but to write such a statement presumes that transwomen are all inordinately sexual (compared to the rest of the population, for whom parties and fuckfests are certainly not a daily occurrence), or that they are involved in the porn industry. This is more proof of how important it is to weigh our words carefully.

Many of the transwomen who are members here have posted time and again that this kind of stereotypical view of them is disturbing and simply wrong.
