There's a Friends of Randolph Country Club CD/TV group that meets regularly on Saturdays - the place is a gay bar/club, and I like it better than Jacques these days. They also have drag nights. There's a Yahoo group where you can get info about them. I went there several times - the first time I left the house in a dress - and always had a good time with the girls. Just walk up and say hi to someone and you'll have people to talk to.

Thanks for the suggestions. I put Castle Island on the list when Kaiti was here, and maybe we will go next time. The tours are really intermittent. I prefer Castle Island at night; unfortunately, so do the kids who like to drag race illegally from Day Blvd. down to the parking lot ... which attracts a lot of State Police attention from the barracks up the road.
We went to Jacques because it was close to our hotel. Randolph requires
driving out of the city.
