I've done a lot of research on this topic. I've had friends that have gone overseas and had successful transition procedures but also several that have had some real problems. Overseas you must be considered about the type of training that your physician has had, sterile technique and the health laws that regulate the plastic and reconstructive surgery industry.
I believe that it's like anything in this world. You get what you pay for. I'm getting my breast augmentation and a few ther procedures completed on my face in the United States.
