OUCH, 7 cubits could be uncomfortable. Also impractical for sex, you'd pass out from blood loss to the brain before you could even manage to get hard.
Personally, now seems a reasonable opportunity to chime in on the effects of my hormone treatment. They've taken me from 6.5 inches (just over 16cm, we interchange between systems as is practical here in England) to 4.75 inches (About 11.5 cm) a loss of about 27% over the course of half a year.
