Yes you are. In fact, you're actually the only Puerto Rican in the whole world. You see, it's all just an elaborate hoax on you, all the other supposed 'Puerto Ricans' are actaully all actors from other countries, there's no such place as Puerto Rico, everyone's just playing a role, you're actually on an artificial island built by the US government out of the rubble of towns that used to be on route 66. After the new interstates were made they had to demolish them all and tipped the rubble in the sea. Then the whole 'Puerto Rico' gag was made up, basicly for a laugh, everyone else is in on it except you.
A similar thing is true of Alaska, it's actually just a film set in Canada, the US government made the whole thing up to try and reassure the American public that they still had some natural resources. All the Alaskan resources are brought from China, they also provide most of the cast to play the Alaskan people. Sarah Palin is actually played by two Chinese midgets in a suit.
