This might have been tested, but .... were your
Blood Sugar levels, Thyroid levels tested and Liver enzymes tested

Also any medication that you might be taking can have an affect (is it affect or effect) ?
It is the feeling of fatigue which is why I have suggested the tests I mentioned above.
I don't want to get you paranoid or even suggest anything, but what you did the smartest thing you could do.
As another suggestion (from my own past experience), make sure that your doctor goes over every line of your blood work results to you and make sure that you get a copy of your blood work results.
