This is a very interesting observation. It is well known that soy beans contain estrogen's but I have never heard they were in sufficient quantity to affect feminization. However, over many generations the effect may build up. A study needs to be done of dietary habits in Asian countries to see if there is a correlation.
An alternative hypothesis could be that the tropical climate of SE Asia encourages a petite body and a prolonged adolescence. Even though their bodies are petite, their male genitalia are fully developed and often substantial. This may put into question the femininity hypothesis. For example, I saw a picture of Areea before she transitioned. He looked like a very handsome young man. Also, their petite slim bodies further enhance the apparent size of their genitalia.
Sperm counts? I was led to believe sperm counts are correlated with climate. The colder the climate the higher the sperm count.
