I find this desire to have SRS mystifying. Her female beauty coupled with external genitalia is what makes her so desirable.
With surgery she becomes just another pretty girl.
This is just my own opinion, of course.
Obviously, she has a powerful emotional desire to convert herself to internal genitalia and become a "women".
