A rumor started by clowns.
I've never noticed a correlation, and i've done quite a bit of 'research' on mens cocks and feet myself. After exhastive measurment with my lips and tongue, I can conclude dick and foot size arent related, however i've found a correlation between the size of a guys feet and the size of my dick, hehee.
