I'm curious about some of the responses to this question.
First of all, don't most Ladyboys prepare themselves by cleaning out their insides completely? After all, they're going to have sex with you and you're going to enter them one way or another. Most ladyboys, that I've been with, were super clean about themselves. Thais are super clean people about their bodies and Ladyboys are no exception. Besides, it is probably more "dangerous" to put your tool inside a Ladyboy's bowels, even with a condom on, than to put your tongue an inch or so inside. The human mouth has many potent acids that kill most if not all of the bacteria that happens in. Your tool has no such protection.
This being said, if you are playing with Ladyboys and/or bar girls on a continuous basis, you can't be running scared every time you have sex with them. In most respects a healthy body will fight off diseases of all types and kinds. It's when your body is sick or extremely run down that your immune system has a hard time coping with disease.
I just use a few basic precautions and I have never gotten anything in all of the years I've been prowling for sexual gratification.
