And both of those teams are in the playoffs. I'll bet that you are quite happy that they don't play each other in the first round.

This isn't a pie-in-the-sky moment, but Montreal can beat Washington if they play the proper kind of game. They need stellar goaltending(obviously) and they need to make sure they do not take any unneccessary penalties. Oveckin and Semin were pretty much invisible in the Olympics as they did not get a lot of PP opportunities and they were facing a great defense.

Montreal has the goaltending(when they are on, they're on), but they need better discipline and they need to improve the defense. If they can do this, they have a chance to upset the mighty Capitals. It won't be easy be any stretch of the imagination, but it can happen. That is one of the things that is so great about playoff hockey. One moment, one momentum shift, and the entire series can change. You never know what can happen.

Boston plays Buffalo. I think Boston can beat Buffalo, but they have to make sure they shoot as many pucks as they can towards Ryan Miller. He wasn't the MVP of the Olympics for nothing, after all.
