As far as anything you've seen on TV or the Internet that claims to "make you bigger," they are all scams.

However, prescription drugs like Viagra, Cialis, Levitra, and Alprostadil (Caverject) do indeed work to provide an erection but won't necessarily make you "larger." Your doctor most likely won't prescribe them unless you have "ED."

Neither do “weights” nor "stretching" devices work. In fact you can cause irreparable harm to yourself if you use these!
