Remember when the Soviet Union and the rest of the old Eastern Block (especially East Germany) were used to winning scores of medals and topping the Medals Table while pumped full of performance-enhancing drugs.
Well their logic follows that the countries who now win the most medals, must be doing today what they were doing in the 60s, 70s, 80s and possibly the 90s. Hence their accusations this week.
