Their post match boozing and smoking on the ice was bound to upset   the IOC suits. I suppose they'd have gotten away with just drinking champagne, but 6-packs and cigars was going too far.  |
As was said by one of the Canadian hockey players, if it had been the men who had done it there would have been a heck of a lot less hooplah about it. It was not a big deal to me, but of course the IOC will overreact.
