Everyone has to be involved and seem like they're genuinely enjoying themselves. It's a turn off to hear fake, repetitive moaning, I would much prefer silence, with a nice hot sex scene than to hear fake moans of pleasure and a dull, standard sex scene.
Other than that, the guy should be bigger (physically) than the girl.. if they look like they're the same size, or if the transexual looks like they're just bigger/stronger than the guy...... that does nothing for me.
