I?m very sorry to hear about Myra. Unfortunately, everything you said about the media, police, and cis people in your blog is true. The hatred and violence directed towards trans women is truly evil. One would like to think it is only a few individuals but then you read what the media and police have to say and you realize that the attitudes and ignorance run deep. Wish I could do more to stop it.
