What the heck kind of question is that?
It is because they are practising safe sex, as there are all kinds of sexually-transmitted diseases out there(plus ones that you can get from other sources, such as a blood transfusion for example).
Suggesting that the majority of transsexual women are prostitutes is highly insulting, and I cannot imagine that any of the women who post here will appreciate that being suggested.
