Know just what you mean. I've found that if I hold myself back a little - pressing hard on the perinium - that isn't a worry, and I can keep on going shortly afterwards. As for the taste, as a general rule better health and better food, especially citrus fruits, makes it taste better. As for the revulsion, see point one and just remember: the most important thing is that you're having fun. If you want this and want to make it work, do; if it's not your thing, don't do it.
