It happened in Connemara, Galway, Ireland in 2004, and the pictures made the papers in the UK.

When the larger green-cabbed mobile crane arrived they correctly deployed outriggers and lifted the car and the first truck out of the water.

NOTE:
First three pictures are real.

The 4th picture is real and was photoshopped to make the fake 5th picture.
