The Specials are being released on Feb 2nd, 2010. There is even going to be a complete collection of the Specials called Doctor Who: The Complete Specials Collection. It contains Waters of Mars, The New Doctor, Planet of The Dead, and The End Of Time.

I think I'll pick up that complete collection for myself as a late Christmas present.
