I sort of think it's like, "Which celebrity would you do?", you know? A lot of names of famous/well-known people. Which don't get me wrong, is fine for fantasy. My choice for such would be Kimber James.

Realistically though, I'd prefer it to be someone in my everyday life that I could know and trust. I've always had a weakness for the girl-next-door type.

Sorry if that sounds cheesy...hopeless romantic at heart, lol.
