There is nothing wrong with old games! I still enjoy playing them from time to time(either playing the C64 versions via Emulator, using a slow-down program to play old PC games, or just playing them on my PC and hoping they still work). I am currently playing Pool Of Radiance II: Ruins of Myth Drannor.

I do have a story about Ultima IV(of which I am having a serious jonesing for, but I don't have a C64 copy on my current computer), though.

I played Ultima IV after school whenever I could on my rickety old C64. It was one of the best games I had ever played, but I got stuck at the end of it. I could not figure out what word I was supposed to type in at the end of the game(it turns out it was 'Infinity').

Until I could figure out what the word was, I was stuck! I lent the game to a friend with one request. That he make a copy of the game(I know, bad me, but I was a young kid at the time!) so it doesn't overwrite my game. Time passes and I finally get it back from him. I put the floppy in the drive(I knew what the proper word to use was at that time) and loaded up the game! And do you know what I saw? You guessed it! A new character at the beginning of the game!

I was just a tad pissed off about that.
