Getting hard
If a male or shemale gets castrated, then the level of male hormones will drop, because they are produced in the testicals.. So are the spermcells.
So, if a shemale are castrated, and the level of male hormones are zero or allmost zero, then it is only possible to get a hard on, by injecting hormones with a needle or taking pills or something.
Many shemales that are castrated, do take hormones, because of the incababillity to produce them.
