That is way to much to try to handle all at once. Do this one step at a time. There is no rush. True, HRT is most effective when you are younger. That said, you are not exactly in a position where you can safely transition.

My advice: See your therapist and talk about all your different issues. Use some of your money to move to your own place. I don't know where you are living, but I know a couple trans women in the US who work construction - so that could work out for you.

Use your therapist to set goals and work through your family and your shame in telling your siblings. There is nothing to be ashamed about in transitioning.

It is easy to see the big picture and all the things you need/want to do. It gets overwhelming and is so often the cause of TGs to just give up. Take things slowly and move at your own pace in a direction you are comfortable.
