My top 10 would have to be:

1. Doctor Who
2. Stargate
3. Stargate Atlantis
4. Primeval
5. Torchwood
6. Farscape
7. Galactica
8. Lost (sort of Sci Fi)
9. Startrek
10. Blakes 7 (anyone remember this one with the terrible special effects?)
