"Raquel Beth Rice" was a cracker, "she" was really convincing (alleged pic attached of the "Raquel"), "she" had a restaurant in South Beach, Miami. "She" employed "Barbie Woods" as a cook there. "Barbie Woods" had her own site as a cook, having moved there from L.A.
The con all fell apart a couple of years back, we did a trace and discovered that "her" ip was in Rice County, Kansas.
