I'm a newbie to penis torture and would like some safe but painful penis torture, that won't effect my penis in anyway after I'm done.

One thing in mind is put a hot plate on my lap while eating, and let the bottom of the plate burn my penis, but is this safe to do?

Any ideas?

What I mean by safe is, that my penis will still be normal after the torture.
