My enema device is a 12 inch double ended dildo that I drilled out and inserted 3/8" plastic tubing. It's hooked to a rubber hose that I can screw on to the end of the shower head hose. I go for the deep cleaning filling my intestines with very warm water. Just be careful you dont blow your guts out! Dont use a lot of water pressure.
