youre correct for the seeing part - you have to see with your hands and the razor - and i am not the most flexible person in the world and i dont have any probs
i simply get in the shower, bend over like im takin it in the ass - let the water hit my brown eye and reach back with the razor and start from the top and work my way down.
as for the stuble everyone keeps talkin about - shave it more often and it isnt as bothersome - or wax it because it comes back in smoother as the follicole was pulled from the skin rather than cut at an angle with a razor
