Nathalie Jolie is French, from Luxembourg. Her website is in French. Her rates as an escort are shown in euros. She does have a blog that indicates she has been in New York for part of 2010, but even in French the exact dates of where she is and will be, and when, is unclear.

She is quite lovely, as you can see below, although I have a strong suspicion that PhotoShop has been used on at least two of these pictures.

According to the reviews about her "performances", she seems to have an impressive package. Maybe not as big as shown in one or two photoshoped pictures but still pretty amazing...
