well I know if your erection last up to 8 hrs it can damage the nerves in your penis, so i would deff seek medical attention.

Apart from the risk of heart attacks you mean? And did you know pilots are apparently not allowed to take it within 12 hours of flying as it interferes with how the eyes perceive blues and greens? And there may be a risk you can get hooked on it - especially if you end up believing you can't get it up without it.

If you're on any other drugs, mixing it with Viagra may well cause side-effects. Dont ask me what exactly, it depends on the drugs and the quantity.

Mixing it with Poppers (Amyl Nitrite) is apparently very dangerous indeed and may well kill you...

If you're getting it from a pharmacy, they should ask you about your medical history before they sell it to you, but unless you've got high blood pressure or some heart trouble there really shouldn't be any problem. I'm assuming you're quite young though - the risks obviously increase with age.

Everybody I know would know that I achieved a 4 hour erection. There would be no calling doctors, unless I found it necessary to brag to the whole city.
