I took it upon myself to throw this out there. A thread for those who love the fights (true fights that take talent, not that back yard brawl crap)

little info on myself, I'm seeking to become a professional fighter because of my love for the sport(s). I'm an amateur with a 5-0 record in mma, 1-0 in kickboxing, 14-0-1 and a golden gloves champ in boxing

And I'll start it off, is anyone watching the fight this Saturday besides me? (strike force : evolution)

I don't watch mma, but i'm a 2nd degree black belt in Judo and blue belt in BJJ. I'm also about to take up K1 at the local mma gym. I've no intention of competing in mma though.

give it a try at some point, no use in wasting good talent. if yo can do it, try it out and see how you do

I'm getting old though- 31 next month. Alas my competition days are behind me, and I don't want the cauliflower ears lol. I'm a judoka really, but I took up BJJ to better my ground game. I'll definately roll with the mma guys, see if I can teach them some judo (god their takedowns suck!)
