Question: What music do you listen to?
 

Maybe a little different to the 'normal' questions on this forum but what (kind of) music do you like to listen to most?

If you would bother to check the fora you would find that there are at least 2 other threads on this topic and BTW this should be in the General Discussion thread.

Jazz, Fusion, old school Metal, Blues, Classic, soundtracks in the tradition of Morricone or Nino Rota, Brazilian and Cuban music, Flamenco, Argentinian Tango, some Funk. That´s pretty much I like so far. I hate anything electronic and Hip-Hop. ;)

rock & roll, plus a lot of the "nu metal" bands .

i enjoy pretty much all types of music

I like anything but rap and country.How about that new Beyonce song[If I was a boy] kind of gives me a stiffy when I hear it.:coupling:

I have a huge range in music that I like. I'd say my more favoured genres are rock, metal, drum 'n' bass, rave and indie, but I'll give anything a listen. I like a lot of music outside of these genres as well.

I like Heavy Metal, Thrash Metal, some Techno, most Rock, Alternative, some Punk, Rap, R&B, a little bit of New Age, and throw in a tid bit of World Music.

but a lil smooth Jazz once in awhile helps set the mood.....

I don't tend to listen to much music, but I go in for voices -- and Elvis' can't be beat.

Other than that, play me the "American Graffiti" soundtrack or endless reams of Motown and I'll be happy forever and a day.

Punk, Noise, Ska, Jazz (free jazz mostly), Rock, Reggae, Dub.

My favorite band is The Stooges.

My favorite album is Velvet Underground And Nico.

Depends on my mood, the time of day and "micro changes in air density". (sorry, had to get in a quote from "Alien" )

Heavy metal and orchestra/instrumentals

I like reggae and rap mostly but if I hear something good I will listen to it

Steely Dan is not too bad...

I love all types of music. I'm a guitarist so i love it all.
My favorite of all is punk. I love bands like.... Story of the year, All american rejects, Hawthorne Heights, Avenged Sevenfold, Linkin Park..... So may to name.

Nowadays, i'm a house/electro/trance freak... I love all that stuff.
