Hi Dub, I suppose we all start somewhere but Bkk is crawling with ladyboys. So the choice is immense.
Regarding STD's.....you have to protect yourself with genetic girls too. There are lots of forums led by doctors and the general opinion is that its highly unlikely you will catch any STD from sucking a cock or being sucked and if you were one of the unlucky one in a two million it would be not be HIV but gonorrhea or syphilis of the throat. Yeah thats enough to scare anyone off but they are all curable. My advice is have sensible fun, protect yourself like you would in any situation. Otherwise just forget the idea.
