Ejaculation and the penis filling up with blood, are completely separate things. Orgasms don't rely on ejaculation. Orgasms and ejaculations are separate. The testicles only provide sperm, not orgasms. It's possible to ejaculate without an erection.

I am castrated and it helps me take a reduced dosage of estrogen and estradiol, which is safer for my health during my transition. However I have mostly lost my ability to have erections unless I take viagra and my orgasms when I can have them are very weak and I now have have a spurt of mostly clear fluid instead of the strong ejaculation I used to have.

I have no authoritative proof, but I am to believe female hormone treatment for TS and Lady boys can chemically castrate.

The result may be unfortunate as it can reduce libido and ability to ejaculate.

The depressing affects have contributed to many suicides.
