Who is this vintage angel?

Please someone tell me who this is. I have been searching for this picture since I was 13. I saw her in one of my stepdad's mags and she is what made me go from wearing mommy's pantyhose to bed to full on TV. She was my inspiration and I've finally found her again but have no idea who she is. Help please.
