I visited the thread you mentioned. In a very few of the photos do I see what I am looking for. I am looking for a side view, head down, cock HARD,
but will accept flaccid, cock in normal position and lady looking at camera, no smile !

I think your initial Photo is the best.
Your criteria being so strict, I did not find one in my "working archive"
Only ones with a real cock or a toy in her anus.
