Penile Aberration??
 

Sorry, I didn't know what else to call it, so I didn't know what to search for.

I had never observed this condition before, but in just the past week I stumbled on 2 examples of it. Both are ladyboys, Anit & Johanna, and both are from LB-LB. See the pix.

I guess I'd really like to know if there's a clinical name for it, if there's a specific known cause, whether there's any discomfort involved, and if it's peculiar to Asians.

I hate to display such ignorance, maybe I've just led a very sheltered life, but I'd appreciate any information on the subject. Would someone please enlighten me??
