totally agree, the head for sure has been placed on top of another body and even the rest of it looks odd. I have a feeling we have a collection of girls in this one, which may or may not be tgirl body parts:)

If the picture is a fake then someone went to a lot of trouble because I've seen several pictures of her on various free sites and each picture has the same features.
