The patient usually came back to have the second one removed, and he or she had to pay the same fee a second time. After one is removed, the remaining testicle produces more testosterone to make up for the loss.

I totally agree. My phrasing of "half castrated" was meant as a bit of a joke. It is much more likely and undescended testicle, medical problem or an accident.

I still like the pics though so I thought others might too. :D
