Not really: It seems that the way a guy wanks is a factor. If you massage the head within the skin, rather than stretch it back, then the tight ring dosn't open enough to allow the head out as it grows with puberty. The ring remains in its juvenile state.

I read somewhere that phimosis occurs somewhere between 5 and 10% of the time. I looked at the most recent LBLB update page and there are 37 models. I appears like 3 have phimosis which is a little less than 10% which would fall within the normal range.

Sometimes, it actualy difficult to tell if the foreskin is retractable. I attached 3 pictures of Monica. From the first two it would look like it wouldn't, however the 3rd shows it retracted.

Are there any sites that have a good (relativity speaking) amount of models with partial/full phimosis or have long and loose foreskins?
