To my mind, Bianca has had three distinct looks. The femboy look (see first bunch of pictures), her mid feminising stage (hormonal breasts, darkened hair etc) and the stage she's in now (surgically enhanced breasts).

I find it very hard to pick a favourite, actually. I think I'd most like to have had sex with Bianca when she was a femboy.
