Personally (and I see that several people agree), size isn't really the end-all-be-all of tits. Things like symmetry, shape, nipple/aureola are also important considerations for me... and of course I'd take a fantastic ass over a rack any day :yes:

Some implants really do look fake. Which is right? There are many factors and most have been mentioned. If they look nice and feel nice and the girl or gurl is happy, what else is there?

I think it all depends on the girl really. Alexia Nogueira was great with small tits but doesn't look a tenth as good now. On the other hand Eye is a thousand times sexier with her implants.

Just as natural female ones come in all shapes and sizes, so do hormonal and implanted ones. I've seen some genetically female women RUIN thier appearance with bad implants, just as I've seen some stunning improvements from them.
Hormones induce an effective female puberty in transwomen, but just like in genetic ones, there's no guarantee what you will end up with.

If you saw what all those tgirls with boob jobs looked like before implants you would change your mind. I think most Asian girls look better with natural tits, but a lot of white girls get weird tubular little boobs that aren't too appealing.

Maybe Allanah Starr and Raquel Fox went a little too big, but can you imagine what they'd look like with no boobs? Us white girls who aren't super skinny need something to offset our shoulders.

And a good boob job where they use saline and go in under the armpit is very natural looking.
