Bad Jodie!!!

Hilarious. You get a cookie Jodie.

oh and #5) He was just stating his opinion...

Careful aw9725, some people *cough* might think you are excusing away your well established lapdog...ism. And mine as well. Keep it quiet. Clearly whenever we agree with someone, especially when that someone is smc (who sometimes goes unnamed), we are kowtowing to him. It can't possibly be something reasonable was said and we are agreeing. So shhh. The plan to institute digital apartheid--whatever the fuck that might be--has to go off without a hitch.

Now I need to subscribe to this thread for the sake of morbid curiosity.

The thing is, it was actually KittyKaiti who first took on what JodieTS and only then aw9725 referred to as a "troll." So how did they get left out of this pack of lapdogs?

Actually, I'm thinking of a "career change" and instead of being a leader of what Enoch Root calls "digital apartheid" (oh, the exquisite irony!) I am going to ask Kaiti if I can audition as HER lapdog.

patrick10122 09-02-2011 03:46 AM

well I've had a long discussion with a f2m before who felt like they were born in the wrong body so my guess it many m2f feel the same way but everyone probably does it for a different reason

I feel like a fool. Why is "digital apartheid" ironic? Even exquisite irony?

Seriously? Nothing about leaving out some of the lapdogs? ;)

I don't know why you should feel like a fool. I was thinking of "situational irony" where something has the opposite effect of what was intended. Not your intent, but that of someone else ... you know who.

By the way, exquisite was a COMPLIMENT!

Thank you, now I know what you meant by irony. Although you say "opposite effect" but since I did mean to be ironic--I might be confused again.

They are women!!!!

I know four TS ladies well. They are every bit a lady as any GG i have every been around. They just happen to have male parts. They are full women to me and deserve the respect you would give any lady.

I think this way!

I had never considered myself as gay. I always considered myself bi, leaning more towards femininity. Though I more closely identify as pan-sexual.
So really... Sexual orientation and gender identity have nothing to do with each other.

They were born of the wrong gender and have never felt comfortable in their natural bodies, so they sought out psychiatric help and got on to prescription hormone tablets (testosterone or estrogen, depending on their biological/physical gender, and what their mental/emotional/sexual gender is).

Not only this, but women are usually bi-sexual, just leaning towards either men or women as a preference, and most likely stay as women because they are attracted to femininity, so they believe that their partner would be as well, whereas a transsexual knows that they are unattractive physically to the type of person they are trying to attract, so they change themselves to suit who they feel they really are. Women are usually more open-minded and accepting of different shapes and forms, and are somewhat more pansexual than men (Pansexual meaning they choose their partners to aesthetic attraction and romantic feelings, rather than physical attributes).

Oh and in case you hadn't guessed by now, I voted that it was a matter of gender identity issue

Hope this has shed some light on the subject at hand, and sorry about the wall of text that slapped you in the face :P

Uhem... It's Gender Identity Dysphoria. It's not a mental disorder. It's a birth defect.

And I never felt that I should transition because I was unattractive to people I was trying to attract. I transitioned because I was not comfortable in the body I was born it.
I have had sexual experiences with men before I transitioned, but did not enjoy it because they were attracted to the male figure they had before them. I never liked being treated as a man!

Yes... I myself started out as identifying as a bisexual cross dresser. But I never felt that was the right way for me to go. I didn't learn of transsexualism till I was 26, so it took me awhile to find my true self.

Yes... In fact in the late '90s there was a study that found that all of the transsexual brains in the study (cadavers), had all the genetic similarities to cis females brains.
And no not all of the transsexuals in the study had ever undergone HRT.

Those are called trolls... they like to get under peoples skin. For one reason or another.

There are other threads on this. Search the Chat about shemales forum. If I find an appropriate thread I'll move your thread there so that you can find the topics.

honey, we were never 'men'. we may have acted like it in order to survive, but deep down, we were/are really pissed at mother nature not paying attention...

but now, post op, there is nothing quite like belonging in your own head, your own body, and your own high heels :)

that's about it :)

It is almost option 1

"Is it a matter of identity (they feel deep down that they were born in the wrong body)?"

Although the notion that there is a real underlying gender identity is a delusion, it doesn't necessarily mean that transitioning is not justified.

The self-proclaimed expert returns, stating as absolute truths that which cannot be proven. And I've always thought it odd that you identify yourself in your signature as an autogynephiliac, which suggests an acceptance of Blanchard's transsexualism typology, while at the same time lecturing us that gender identity is a delusion. After all, Blanchard (and his highly suspect data) essentially reduces gender identity to that to which one is attracted.

Autogynephiliac is rather its the relation to self through social-masochistic femininity. Most autogynephiliacs identify loosely as "loving oneself as a woman". Blanchard is a joke!

Do you think there is an innate experience of gender, let alone self-identity?

a9127 01-25-2021 06:24 PM

Probably my last post on here:

It's a matter of Identity. :respect:

Tgirlluv 06-20-2021 12:25 AM

I voted identity.

Can't imagine anyone's going to go through such a long and difficult process if they didn't feel compelled to do so.
