I'm not so optimist. I think Al Gore was the best candidate. Anyway, the most important thing is G.W. Bush goes away. Nobody of the republican candidates can be so terrible as this swindler...

hankhavelock 09-09-2007 09:41 AM

Let me add... I think this is the most exciting set of candidates that we have seen... ever! A woman! A black man (and even a guy who lived in my neighbourhood :-)! Fabulous! They are the two most likely to be the competitors. The Republicans can only present tired old caucasian males at the age of 260+

Now, I think that both Condi and especially a guy like Colin Powell would have been interesting candidates that would have had a chance to combat the MASSIVE intellectual supremacy of the Democratic party. But, of course, the Republican party go for old, old, old white guys (and the more "born-again-Christian the better)... that's their mindset... stupid them... and good for all the others :-)

Let's see if the American people can finally live up to their electoral responsibility... :-)

eliogabalo 09-09-2007 09:50 AM

I think Rudolph Giuliani is a very dangerous opponent. Don't understimate him !
I fear that Rudy Giuliani satisfies the taste of many americans better than Hillary Clinton or Barak Obama. Al Gore was an outstanding alternative, because is at the moment very popular and his popularity is transversal.

It's only a matter of following your heart, my man! Any one can and should do that! F*** what people say... you're the only king of YOUR life! Come and experience the depths of being loved by a transsexual woman!

Super wishes!

No unfortunately, she work's bar in pattaya, but alway's makes time for me when I visit! And yes, I know what she does to make money
but it's her life, and as hank probably know's, it's not as frowned upon in Asia!
To most of them, it's just a job like any other!

eliogabalo 09-10-2007 12:50 PM

 You're right, oh so right ! If you love this ladyboys her job is totally insignificant. The only important thing is she loves you.

But when it cums to your current president... my man, he TRULY is asking for it. He will NOT be remembered as the guy who fought anything but his own right wing ghosts. He is and has always been a political disaster of less than mediocre intelligense (in other words, the man is a stupid sob) run by a neanderthal-administration of born again Christians, corrupt oil-folks and less than credible advisors. But luckily that administration will soon be gone. They have done more harm to American image and security than even the worst nightmares thought possible. You guys should actually charge them with treason, because never has an American administration done so much harm to American foreign policy credibility.

Don't EVER compare him to Ronald Reagan, please! Reagan was a VISIONARY! He had a dream! And he followed it. I think that the only dreams your current president is capable of having are the post-alcoholic nightmares of nasty scorpions dressed up in burkas coming to get him...

But again, luckily that most harmful administration is soon finding its end. May you Americans be wise enough NOT to vote Republican next time... ain't no new Ronald Reagans in THAT party for the moment...

And yes... I don't remember... are you a married guy with 28 kids? Or are you still a free man at liberty to choose your sexuality in spite of the narrow-minded feed-back you'll probably encounter when you finally come home with your chosen, transsexual wife?

If you're still single I truly urge you to follow that heart of yours. Nobody thanks you not to! Go find that transsexual princess of your dreams... and trust me, my friend, she IS out there! And once you find her you'll know how RIGHT it is... cause the love from a transsexual woman has an edge... an extra dimension... and trust me, I know it!

Best wishes!

H

I think history will eventually be kinder to Bush than current times. I know history well. And it plays funny games with perspective and opinions. Only time will tell though.

As for my personal life...

I was married once and divorced. The marriage was a rush job and the ex and I clearly weren't right for one another. She left me one month after the marriage, which occurred on Xmas eve. So it ruined holidays for me. To make it worse the divorce was final on my birthday lol!
I then proceded to waste 8 years on someone with more mental issues than the DSM-4.
Finally I found someone to try marriage with again. Were together for two years. Engaged. I bought wedding rings. She then cheated on me with a shinyhead freakshow and ran off.
Another irony? My exwife and exfiance both have the same last name. Should have known better. Unrelated but same last name.
Where I live I am not free to express myself and pursue my sexuality. Personally, I dont feel it to be gay or even bisexual to have interest in tgirls. But my small town in the mountains of Kentucky would. On top of that there is nowhere close I could even hope to meet anyone or socialize in a more suitable environment. The closest place I know of is two hours away in Tennessee at an odd bar that is kind of a mix of a drag show, gay bar and straight bar all in one. I've been there twice, saw plenty of crossdressers and lots of gays. Even got hit on heavily by gay men. I wasn't so much into that. for me to want to be with a guy he has to be something special and few men move me that way. I only ever knew one guy I would mess with. On one occasion I did make out nicely with a girl there. As for what was between her legs...who knows. So for the time being, until I can afford to relocate, I'm pretty much up shit creek without a paddle.

Hankhavelock and Gregory Peck

Hank somehow reminds me of Gregory Peck. You've got a pretty good likeness. Hey man, I read some of your posts and see you as an emotional, chivalrous, honest kind of person. And may I add poetic? :D

sesame 06-02-2008 04:55 PM

Honestly, I'm scared to put my picture here.
But I really feel close to some of you in here.
You are frank, funny, poetic and sometimes philosophical.
 for all.

Bionca 06-02-2008 07:44 PM

I know.. I'd LOVE to see you sesame. But I totally dig not wanting to post self pics.

sesame 06-03-2008 04:54 AM

Yeah, you know... the rotten hypocritical society.
Sometimes its very difficult to broadcast your independent opinion.
Thats why people vote in secret ballot!

russellwu 06-03-2008 09:51 AM

My picture's in my profile thingamabob. It's still a risk, but at least it'll take a little bit more effort to see my picture, in case someone i know stumbles across this forum.

russellwu 06-03-2008 10:07 AM

And on that note, I'd like to make a suggestion:
How about making certain threads viewable only to people who have a certain minimum number of posts?
That'd ensure that only "serious" members (those that aren't just in for the porn) get to see each others' pictures and other more personal details. No need to worry about people trying blackmail you (because someone with 50 non-spam posts is probably trustworthy, and/or in as deep a pile of shit as you. :P ) and no need to worry about people accidentally seeing your face and posting it all over the internet.

Hey Hank!

You look even younger and cooler than I first imagined. Don't get insulted or anythin', but all these new pictures are an improvement over your original forum avatar. Groovy, baby.

Your words, too ..... awesome writing. America is a land of extremes -- wealth, education, technology, morals .... you name it. That's why one should always moderate their criticism with praise (and vice versa). As for Bush: well, the guy comes across as a complete dunderhead at times, but there is also this to consider: he's the first president to come *into* power at the true dawn of the Internet and the Information Age. We're being a lot more critical of people -- often, superficially so, without knowing all the facts -- than a decade ago. I've also seen videos of Bush being charismatic, intelligent and holding his own against some pretty vocal anti-Bush people. And I don't disagree with all his policies, either. Iraq is the fulcrum. It has changed everything. Unfortunately, it wouldn't have been any different under Clinton or a Democrat administration. Clinton even said in a recent interview that he'd have gone for Saddam as Bush did, but that he'd have gotten UN approval first (easy to say that, especially when he wasn't in the driving seat and could make himself look good by posing a more favourable scenario in retrospect). Worst president ever? That's a tough one. I wouldn't like to say. I'd probably give it to Truman for dropping TWO A-Bombs. But that was a very awkward situation.

ANYWAY . . .

I'm choosing not to post a picture at present. Gotta agree with the other abstainers, even if I don't particularly like myself for choosing not to post. To refer back to my words above, this is the Information Age. You never know what may happen. I've already had some bad experience in this area. I'm not thrilled at the possibility of a Round Two.

Ok, that explanation makes sense, thx.

I know a ring can be used at the base of the penis to constrict blood flow and help maintain erection. So I was going through contortions imagining how it works mid way - would the bottom half be limp and the top rigid? or the top soft and the bottom hard?

Now I don't have to worry.

Thanks a lot - that's kind of you to say... unfortunately I mixed up left and right, so that may make you change your opinion of my pic here :-)

And regarding the presidency, there is, obviously, only one true answer to that: Barack Obama! This election seems to have reached Kennedy-heights (at least as I understand that it was back then) and is amazing. He's the right man for the position right now. Actually as good old Ronald Reagan was in his time. I'm ultra liberal (of course, I'm Danish :-), but I always liked Reagan - and in the end he put a stop to the nasty cold war by his own persistence :respect:

Barack can do the same. He can bring hope to a world that is severily disillusioned by 8 year's of insane right wing, neo conservative foreign policy. If you guys actually go ahead and vote in Mccain, all the rest of the world (except for the hard-liner Western European countries who'll obediently suck any American president's dick) will turn away with shaking heads.

I personally believe that the choice of the American president should be a matter for the whole wide world - you guys have simply become so powerful (and that's not bad at all, btw - as long as you can handle it prudently, which has sadly not been the case for the last 8 years).

When George Bush arrogantly claimed that you're either for HIM or against America he really overstepped the line of decency and showed his view of both the world and his own country. He's a modern-day McCarthy misusing socalled "patriotism" to put fear into people. And that's dangerous! These right-wingers HATE anything they'll immediately call "abnormal" - such as gays, transsexuals and other "freaks of nature" who don't conform to their traditionalist view of a "good, great, all-American, MORAL" world-view.

They are dinosaurs - fossils of a 1950's outlook on life - just listen to a station like Fox News - this nest of ultra right wing propaganda which they claim to be news.

Nope, I hope America can return to the good old values of your wise forefathers who set standards that George Bush has severily jeopardized in his caesarian view of himself and his nasty administration. "First we send McDonald's - then we send the marines..."

So I'm sorry, I really don't think George Bush has done neither America nor the rest of the world a favour - he proved to be even worse than what could reasonably be feared at his start as president.

Just my views!

Peace!

Hank

Maybe I was outta line in my last phrasing - it's not my intention to step on toes - point taken, Sesame!

How ever, George Bush has actually succeeded in putting fear into people for criticizing his policies. And that is shameful!

I love America - my parents lived there and I've lived there, and I've always been a staunch defender of American foreign policy. But George Bush betrayed that. He made it impossible any longer to stand up for America - at least you had to make it very clear that American values were being mutilated by the current administration.

Enough of this... back to other topics :-)

Barack!

Peace!

Hank
