Why has no one mentioned STDs...
Ok, I am new here and am very pleased that I am not as 'weird' as I thought regarding my attraction to t-girls.
I have often considered hiring a t-girl escort but have one major fear - HIV. Now I may be paranoid as I was born and raised in South Africa where you can't even eat your rice krispies without Snap, Crackle or Pop telling you to cover up. Its a very real fear. Thats why I keep it mostly in fantasyland! :D
I would love to have a relationship with a transgendered girl, but probably not an escort. Its just too risky. (maybe its better in some parts of the world vs others... as in Thailand vs USA, Europe, Brazil, etc) Be careful with anyone, pro or not.

Just be careful. Wear a condom, don't double-bag, don't keep condoms in warm places, and, most importantly, think about it before you do anything. Make sure it's something you really want to do before jumping into it.

Basically
Use a condom. testing is fallible. look at your job and transpose it to medicine.
Testing is pretty good these days: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HIV#HIV_test but if you are gonna ignore this make sure you get your tongue so far up their ass you lick the back of their eyeballs. Just in case it's your last chance x

All of this has been stated before, but I'd be failing if I didn't mention them again.

You do see condoms in use in porn these days , sends a good message , it worries me if the word condom is not mentioned when hooking up for some fun, i think that gives you an idea of who you are with ?

it is predominantly a fantasy forum but that doesn't mean we should exclude realistic questions, especially when there is probably nowhere else you can ask them. can you imagine asking your GP for safe sex tips when getting it on with a transsexual escort? be carefull, use a condom. maybe you can try and offer an escort more cash for bareback, if they say yes, then walk away. if they will do it for you... condoms are great, but you know the old saying to be 100% safe
